1. Trách nhiệm công việc

We are looking for a talented and experienced SEO LEADER to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing all SEO activities, to drive user acquisition and enhance our platform’s visibility and engagement.

2. Nội dung công việc

• Manage all SEO activities for the main site as well as maintain & strengthen the company's satellite websites.
• Develop and implement overarching SEO strategies (including Master plan, quarterly and monthly plan, ect.), ensuring adaptability to industry trends and Google updates.
• Manage, lead and develop the SEO team, setting goals, timelines, and benchmarks to track success. Training and following the SEO team to deploy according to the set plan.
• Develop and implement link building strategies.
• Work closely with the regional SEO team and other cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as rankings, traffic, conversions, and client satisfaction, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Reporting and engagement to convey SEO performance and business impact.

3. Kiến thức chuyên môn

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
• Relevant SEO certifications (such from Google, HubSpot and/or Semrush).
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience working on SEO campaigns (Minimum 2 years as a leader/SEO project manager) or a similar SEO-focused role. Digital/SEO agency experience is highly valued.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms and digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of the Indian search landscape.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools like: Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner and Google Analytics,...
• Knowledge of A/B testing, local SEO and SEO reporting tools.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimisation platforms.
• Experience with SEO for local businesses and Google My Business optimisation.
